Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

Great Service Advisor Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and our car pulled up. It was a routine oil change but also a recall that took several hours. The dealership provided us with a loaner car so that we could run some important errands while our car was being repaired. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

My service advisor was Jermey Bongle he took fantastic care of me and my vehicle. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to order my parts and have my car repaired on the same day which was incredible! More

Individualized service. Raquel Stolba took the time to ask .....what do you want ? I gave Raquel our BMW wishlist and she got to work. One of the items on my wishlist was Raquel Stolba took the time to ask .....what do you want ? I gave Raquel our BMW wishlist and she got to work. One of the items on my wishlist was interest free financing. Raquel delivered. She found some 5 series vehicles that matched our list AND she informed us of the BMW interest free 60 month financing. In addition, Raquel shared additional financial incentives and the rest is history. We love our new 5 series BMW and we're very grateful to Raquel for guiding us from wishlist to purchase during our BMW purchase process. In addition to Raquel's excellent service.....I must mention that,prior to meeting Raquel we've faithful Germain BMW customers because of Bill Emerson in the service center. He is responsive, efficient and makes it happen. Mark in finance is another "makes it happen" person. Also, enjoyed our sales and genius bar experiences throughout this purchase. More

Professionalism Plus Out first encounter with Jeremy was via a phone conversation we had concerning a tire issue. He was informative and helpful. Upon arriving for our appointment he kept us informed as to the status of our vehicle. He took us into the shop so we could see for ourselves that we had more damage than originally expected. Thank goodness Jeremy had the forethought to order a complete set of tires because we ended up needing them.
