Salesman said they will get it in the shop Monday and he would let us know. I emailed on Monday he called me back on Wednesday said they just got it in the service department and he would let me know what was going on. A week and a half went by, I emailed the salesperson he never responded. I called the next day left two messages for him no call back. Third time I called I asked to talk with the used car sales manager I was told he was off. A woman called me back and asked what I was calling about I told her what was going on and she said she would find out what was going on and call me right back. Two days go by, I didn't hear anything. I called back and asked to talk to the sales manager again, he said the car is good to go come and drive it. I asked if there were any fault codes on the computer he said it is all clean. I go down the next day to drive it and the car won't start. I waited another 35 minutes and they got it started so I drove it then I checked if there were any fault codes and it showed 8 to 10 different codes. While trying to negotiate on a price, the salesperson was telling me some ridiculous price that they would be selling this car at if it had no problems. Although the price was good, I was not willing to pay their price and take a chance on all those fault codes and the not starting issues. As far as customer service goes, getting honest news about the car is better than not getting any news. I got the impression that this is a buyer beware dealer. More
