I have been in the car business for 16 years as a Sales Consultant, floor and desk Manager whos been certified for 11 years. Salesman of the month over 70 times and Salesman of the year 5 times. Just love what I do, if I hit the lotto I would still sell cars. Some of my dearest relationships over's the years has come from people I've sold cars to. They say, that if you do something over 10 years that you are a expert. That being said, I would buy a car from my self because I do care. I have been with the Mileone group for a little over a year and I love it! The inventory is second to none and our customer service is excellent.

BEWARE! Check pre owned certification thru GM My salesperson was really good, knowledgeable and friendly during the sales process. However, after I purchased the certified Pre-Owned Suburban every My salesperson was really good, knowledgeable and friendly during the sales process. However, after I purchased the certified Pre-Owned Suburban everything changed. On my way home from the dealership my wife was driving behind me and noticed that one of my tail lights was not working. When I got home I realized that my certification paperwork was not filled out properly. I called the dealership the next day and made an appointment to get the vehicle fixed. I talked to the service manager (Bruce Knox) and he told me the paperwork was not completed because the technician had to leave and they would re-inspect the vehicle. When the vehicle was complete it was late at night. I walked around the vehicle with the store manager and noticed that one of the handles in the cargo area was broken. He said he would have the part order. I asked for a copy of my inspection and he told me it was with the service department and they were closed. In the morning I called the service department for the paperwork and they told me to call the sales department. I call my salesperson and left a message for him to call me back. He never called me back. When he did not call me back is when I realized that I had a serious problem. I called GM the following morning and they informed me that my vehicle was not a certified pre-owned vehicle. I told them that I had all of the required paperwork for certification. They called Heritage and Bruce Knox told them I received my vehicle and I was happy. I took the vehicle to the car wash and noticed they used touch up paint to cover small scratches on the car. Long story short, I am a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Army, I’m not OK with being taking advantage of. I have the means to hire an attorney and go court. I am in the process of hiring another certified dealership to re-inspect the vehicle. Clearly Heritage Chevy Buick has no integrity or honor. I am not sure which department is to blame sales or service. However, it does not matter because none of the departments will call me back. I sure it I brought a new car I would be happy. Used car buyers Beware!!! More

Stockton and Jerome had me smiling from when I walked into the Dealership until I left! I was able to purchase a 2011 Impala and they placed an "high" offer on my 2002 Impala to make sure I would be abl into the Dealership until I left! I was able to purchase a 2011 Impala and they placed an "high" offer on my 2002 Impala to make sure I would be able to be comfortable with my payments and still get more bang for my bucks! This pair of charming gentleman were very helpful. I was not talked "down too" or forced into a vehicle that was no way near what I wanted. I was treated with the upmost respect and that just added the cherry to my day. I think I made Gordan "blush" and Stockton shake his head at me thinking, "Oh, my goodness what is up with this Chick", and Jerome kept me on my toes, so after running through 6 dealerships in 2 days, I was finally leaving in the vehicle that I WANTED (not forced into). The number 7 has now became my luckly number. Again, thank you all for providing the best (to date) vehicle shopping experience I have ever had and I will be back when time for a new upgrade... I will most certainly make sure to recommend this Dealership to everyone I meet. More

This is not my first experience, when working with Mr. Jerome Nelson. Mr. Nelson is a wondeful guy. He is fantastic! I was looking for a C5 Corvette with low mileage and found one at Heritage Chevrolet Buick. As I am a very particular customer, I started emailing Steve Oxendine and asking a number of questions about t found one at Heritage Chevrolet Buick. As I am a very particular customer, I started emailing Steve Oxendine and asking a number of questions about the condition of the car, what I could get for my trade, etc. Over the course of several weeks, I had probably emailed Steve 20 times or more. He always responded quickly, was patient, courteous and very helpful. Since I live about 100 miles from this dealership, I was somewhat reluctant to make the long drive for fear of being disappointed in the car or not liking the deal. Steve kept reasurring me and, after I repeatedly expressed my numerous doubts, he told me that sometimes you just have to make a leap of faith. Well, those were true words that I took to heart. My wife and I drove up on Feb 17th, 2012 and completed the transaction. Steve, Jerome Nelson and Gordon James were professional, honest, friendly and made us feel welcome and right at home. It was a smooth, easy transaction and it was a pleasure doing business with these fine gentlemen. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used car purchase and that the drive is well worth their time. More

My wife and I were in the market for a high quality used late model Suburban. We shopped many dealers, in person and on-line. It had been a number of years since purchasing a vehicle and I was prepared for the typical car salesman routine....you know checking with manager, price haggling, high pressure..all the typical things one expects from a commissioned salesman. My experience from the beginning with Jerome and his counterparts, including his sales manager, Chris, was just the opposite. They were all concerned that all my questions were answered, and were extremely sensitive to my budget and timeframe. They allowed me to do my research, and were open as to my expectations as I researched the market. They were dead on with every expectation and not once did I doubt their intentions to offer me the best vehicle for what I wanted, at a very, very fair price. The quality of the car, quality of the buying experience, the quality of the post sale follow-up has exceeded all of my expectations.
