My experience with Jeromy Berman was a good one. He was friendly and detailed in the plans of the sale and with the shipping of the Jeep to me, in California. The shipping occured smoothly and quickly. The deal I received was an excellent one, and the transaction of the sale was transparent. Excellent purchasing experience, the sale team (Jeromy, Matt) were a joy to work with putting up with my decision making, very knowledge about the vehicle. I ordered my vehicle to my specifications and Papas was able to deliver it in record time.

Factory ordered a 2013 Durango Crew with our selected options from Papa's Dodge. The vehicle was delivered in only four weeks and we took delivery from Jeromy Berman two days later. Jeromy was not the original salesperson we dealt with but he picked up our order and handled the delivery very professionally. Jeromy was very friendly and courteous. He walked us through all of the vehicles options and features and answered every one of our questions. Jeromy was very knowledgable and helpful. Had a very stressless experience dealing with the staff at Papa's Dodge during the entire process. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a hassle free purchasing experience.

bought a new wrangler sport from Jeromy. Could not be happier. Jeromy knows the product better than anyone I have ever met, and is great to work with! No pressure and he truly cares about what he does. Papa's offered a great price, much better than surrounding Jeep dealers.

Our experience at Papa's Dodge was an enjoyable one. The building itself is incredible, and the employees are friendly. My wife and I worked with Jeromy, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, knowledgable and, most importantly, honest. Thanks to Jeromy and his co-workers, we drove away with a new car after less than four hours at the dealership.

Jeromy and the entire sales staff were excellent.
They were extremely professional tyhroughout the entire buying process.
They explained every aspect of our deal including vehicle features, options,maintenance packages,etc...
Everyone made sure we were comfortable while during the sale and offered us drinks, water,coffe, etc...
Jeromy and the staff were very honest and fair about our trade in without attempting any of the tricks or hidden fees that you hear about at other dealerships.
From the time that I originally contacted Papa's and was contacted by Jeromy till we drove out of the dealership lot with our new wrangler unlimited, it was a great experience.
We even witnessed our salesman, Jeromy personally inspecting our jeep before we left and ten making sure that we understood the owner's manual's features, upcoming appointments,etc...
This is another reason to deal with an established, recommended dealership like Papa's.
My Wife and I will definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I would highley recommend Papa's Dodge. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The show room was amazing and it was a fun experience to see the themes. My salesman Jeromy was very knowledgeable and went over all the features of the Dodge Truck I was interested in. He explained all the steps during the purchase and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was great with no sales pressure and everyone I worked with made the experience feel like we were all family.
