Via text, I was told to ask for Jose or Dan when I got there. Dan immediately introduced me to Jerry Cronk who really took the time to work out everything I needed. When the payments came back higher than I wanted, he suggested leasing a vehicle which is something I would never have thought of because I do a lot of driving. He assured me that everything would be ok, and we went ahead with the lease. I could not be happier to be back in a Wrangler, and it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a Jeep. When we couldn't find a preferred color, Jerry drove with us to another lot where we found the perfect vehicle. Back at the dealership, Jerry was confident in his salesmanship. He was professional yet personable. He did not pressure us into a decision, but made it clear that he wanted us to leave with this vehicle. Jerry Cronk was my sales associate that patiently and attentively handled my every wish that I wanted in my new car. Not only did he spend over 4 hours with my indecisive self, his smile never left his face and I got everything I wanted and more. Mr. Ortiz also helped with the financial aspects and laying out every last detail for me and carefully taking care of my jeep itself, as well.
