My experience with the whole staff was perfect from the moment I called to make an appointment to the introduction of Jesse my salesman, along with Manny the manager and John the finance man! Alianna was moment I called to make an appointment to the introduction of Jesse my salesman, along with Manny the manager and John the finance man! Alianna was my first point of contact (on the phone) and up until I finished my visit by ‘signing the deal’ I was completely happy and satisfied with everything!!! My husband and I had test driven an HRV back in 2018 at Rusty Wallis, and I fell in love, but sadly, it was just not the right time financially to get it. We now recently have come to a good spot in our li Rusty Wallis, and I fell in love, but sadly, it was just not the right time financially to get it. We now recently have come to a good spot in our lives to make the purchase, so I called them back and we made an appointment (to comply with new regulations). My original salesman was not available my day off, but I ended up working with Jesse B. It was a very relaxed process. I had never purchased a brand new vehicle before, and I was ready to go to battle due to the stigma of buying a car that people have created. I ended up getting a nicer model of the HRV than I intended, and they worked with my on getting the payments to where I was comfortable. The manager Manny was very helpful in getting the pricing and getting a better value for my trade in. I love my new car, and we will definitely go to them for our next Honda purchase (we are an all Honda family haha). More
