I cannot say enough about Katie Gattuso Duncan General Sales Manager and her entire team!!!! Katie is a woman of honor and integrity. She did everything she could to assist in the purchase of my new vehic Sales Manager and her entire team!!!! Katie is a woman of honor and integrity. She did everything she could to assist in the purchase of my new vehicle to make sure ALL expectations were met!! A huge shout out to Jessica DiTrapano, Sales Consultant who got me in my new vehicle quickly and effortlessly and truly put me at ease!! Also Jasimine Aguilar, Delivery Specialist who went through all of my vehicles features and got me set up with Bluetooth and navigation systems!! Jessica from Mohawk Chevrolet made our experience one of a kind. I have been wanting a new car that I LOVED for many years. I have always settled in the past for cars that were close to what I wanted but no a kind. I have been wanting a new car that I LOVED for many years. I have always settled in the past for cars that were close to what I wanted but not exactly. Jessica helped us find the PERFECT car for our family. As a new mom, I wanted something safe yet beautiful with all the bells and whistles. Jessica helped us build the car of our dreams. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process from the seat controls down to the financing options. She was very diligent in updating us on the timeline of when the new car would arrive. When the car arrived, she got us in first thing in the morning. The paperwork went smoothly because Jessica had us prepared beforehand. We are so in love with our new Tahoe and had a top notch experience with Jessica. If you are looking to get a new car, I highly suggest going to see her!!!! We will be back to see her in the future!
