We recently took our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Don Whites for a cylinder missfire,the service advisor told us later that day that we had a bad head gasket and was allowing coolant to leak into the spa Whites for a cylinder missfire,the service advisor told us later that day that we had a bad head gasket and was allowing coolant to leak into the spark plug tube,she advised us they were waiting for the third party warranty company (which was purchased through Don Whites) to inspect and authorize the repair,when i asked about a loaner vehicle that was part of the warranty she replied as soon as the warranty company approves the repair they can issue one.That was on Feb 15th,as of Feb 21st i still hadnt heard anything,i reached out to my service advisor and she was trying to contact them,the next day i was told they were instructed to do more diagnostics by removing the cylinder head for further inspection and if the claim was denied we would be responsible for the $1,560 dollar diagnostic fee,i was furious and contacted the service manager where he proceeded to tell me i read it wrong and i was free to take it somewhere else if not satisfied.After working out the details and the service manager admitting i was miss quoted i authorized the removal of the head,still no loaner vehicle.Over the weekend after reading the purchase agreement i remembered the Jeep was a certified pre owned that carried a 7 year 100k mile warranty from date of original purchase,when i brought that to the service advisors attention she looked it up and said "how did we miss that".Not knowing how long it would take i requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didnt have one available,after being without it for 2 weeks.The Jeep was finished the next day and i was told i had a $100 dollar deductable which under any other circumstance i would have been happy to pay,i asked if they would deduct that and they said they could not,upon getting it back the following day i checked the coolant and engine oil levels only to find bolts not tight,intake tube clamp loose and several cable ties broken and not replaced,i took pictures and forwarded them to the service advisor,she said she would show them to the service manager and he would contact me.To date i havent heard from anyone.This was one of three Jeeps we have purchased from Don Whites in the past three years,i cannot say enough great things about the sales team,even though we had our own financing they were fantastic to deal with and are very convenient to my work,but im sorry to say i wont be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. More

I could not say enough positive things about Don Whites of Timonium! I bought my car back in December and come April it was time for my first oil change. They were incredibly helpful from the start and mad of Timonium! I bought my car back in December and come April it was time for my first oil change. They were incredibly helpful from the start and made sure i would have my car done before work. I dropped my car off before they were even open around 7am and everyone at the service center was kind and welcoming! My car was done before 7:45 and they even took it through the car wash. I could not be happy with the service from Don Whites. They truly put there customers first in every situation! A huge thank you to everyone at Don Whites for helping me out and for getting my car done in such a quick amount of time! I will continue to recommend Don Whites to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

Staff took time to explain the details of my financing situation to me. I was not in an ideal situation and they were pretty patient with me and wanted to help.
