I am very disappointed with their service. They are very slow in returning your fixed car. It takes way too much time (days) to get your car back. I still have to go back and get things fixed They are very slow in returning your fixed car. It takes way too much time (days) to get your car back. I still have to go back and get things fixed later because they couldn't get parts. I wonder if their sales team understands that their service team is failing them. What a shame. More

I am actually sad to write this review. I have been a customer of Don Whites for over 10 years. I am on my 4th car from them. I have had family members buy cars from them based on my opinio I have been a customer of Don Whites for over 10 years. I am on my 4th car from them. I have had family members buy cars from them based on my opinion. I never had a problem until this year. The way they have handled an interior issue with my Jeep is horrific. It’s been nearly a year and it still isn’t resolved. Jessica outright lied and has provided no help In resolving my issues. She has an awful attitude and terrible customer service. I have left multiple messages for Stan, the service manager. I have yet to receive a return call. Never received a call back from Jeep Chrysler. I just found out they closed my claim the same day I opened it. They closed it without notifying me. Be very careful with this company as when something is wrong, they simply hang you out to dry. Now I know I will get the standard response to this review and will be asked to reach out to them. My response to that is, check your messages. I have already tried reaching out. Don White and Jeep Chrysler have failed is every way. More

I have had my service done from day one and have dealt with a few of the service advisors and have had a good experience with all if them. I have been using James Johnson for the last two years and can sa with a few of the service advisors and have had a good experience with all if them. This was an unusual experience. I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to w I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to work. Chrysler denied the repair citing reasons that made no sense. Don White reached out to me and said "you are our customer and we will take care of you". Don White put in a new engine and they continued to keep me updated and they did a great job taking care of me while an engine was located. More

Been dealing with Don White's since 2015. Live in Landover Maryland but drive 67 miles to have service preformed by them. Convenient "after hours" drop off the night prior to my Service Appt made things so much easier for me. The next morning Jess gave me a detailed explanation of recommended services/options. She was extremely patient and helpful. :) Late pick-up was awesome. Cashier was friendly & everything was very clean!!! Driver pulled my truck around front and was even nice enough to remind me to turn on my headlights lol (I normally keep them on auto.) I can truly say I felt safe even during these crazy Covid times. Very impressed. Thank you! :) More
