Jesus Rosa was patient and professional with me. I was returning my lease and it simply was not economically feasible at this time. Jesus could have put me in a new lease to get a sale, but instead I was returning my lease and it simply was not economically feasible at this time. My parents recently purchased a Cadillac from Empire Cadillac of Long Island. I accompanied my father as part of the purchase process. The showroom was spacious and clean. Specific mention has to be made of Mr. Jesus Rosa, one of the salespeople. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Rosa was extremely attentive to our needs and inquiries. He was never pushy and guided us patiently throughout the purchase process. There were numerous questions made of him, to which he answered all satisfactorily. Mr. Rosa demonstrated patience regardless of the time of day. His goal was always to make my parents happy with their car purchase. Mr. Rosa's comportment was indicative of his experience in the business and his colleagues could all learn from him. Mr. Rosa is an asset to the Cadillac Team. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car and wanting to have a pleasant experience to allow Mr. Rosa to service your needs. I will definitely do business with him again for our next car purchase!! First and foremost, I was so thrilled to find out I had the same salesperson from my last visit, formerly City Cadillac, at Empire Cadillac. This experience was seamless because Jesus Rosa already was fami the same salesperson from my last visit, formerly City Cadillac, at Empire Cadillac. This experience was seamless because Jesus Rosa already was familiar with my taste and style. I was reminded of the TV show Cheers. He kept in touch and kept me apprised of the latest Cadillac news. Right now I continue to remain in the leasing stage until I decide to purchase, if ever. I'm looking forward to leasing from Jesus in the future, if he hasn't been promoted to Manager.
