The sales staff was unaware of the product they were selling. Walked out on one sale staff, unable to address questions asked and just an idiot. The 2nd sale staff kept telling me the dealer add-on cam selling. Walked out on one sale staff, unable to address questions asked and just an idiot. The 2nd sale staff kept telling me the dealer add-on came from the factory with the manager was observing and advising them there were add there and did not know there was a Hybird battery that was separate from the 12-volt battery. The add-on charges were high at $1795. If you shopping at Town East Ford they are ripping you off. with these charges. What happened to the time when you were asked if there were any dealer install options you wanted? Hidden charges like (lojack), while it is on the addendum window sticker, they surprise you with another change of about $805 added making the total $2600 in add-ons, to remove lojack a saving of about $1300 for that subscription. I was not sure what I was paying for, except all the add-on required additional maintenance and charges. Finally got a great sales rep, but with a business manager that could not provide me the prices of other warrants and maintenance packages that I wanted, I still did not get answers to all my questions. I always thought it was funny to have to go through no less than 3 staff members to buy a car and the hours you have to wait. It was almost a great deal, they backtracked on the trade allowance. The deal was almost perfect until a manager told me "You have to take the deal NOW or no deal". You can guess, Yes, I walk out without taking the deal. More

Hidden fees just so they can make more money. Internet price is not the price of the vehicle found that out AFTER we got there. There’s additional fees added that is not advertised.
