Great buying experience! I inquired about a Ram 2500 they had for sale online and setup a time to come down to look at the truck as well as have my current truck apprised. I met with two different salesmen, Guido Marin, who was who I was communicating with online and Ibra Jaber, another salesman. While Guido was having my truck apprised Ibra showed me the 2500 and took me for a test drive. Upon return Guido had my appraisal ready, which seemed very fair. When it came time to negotiate I sat down directly with the the sales manger Sammy Hawana who worked out a deal with me I couldn't refuse. I short time later I met with Vinny Buonincontri, one of the finance managers who walked me through all my paper work. He shopped around at serval banks to get me an incredible interest rate at a loan term I was very comfortable with. After signing I was warmly welcomed to the CDJR of Leesburg family and introduced to serval other managers as well as their parts reps and service advisors. The whole process from start to finish only took a couple of hours and was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning in the future. Thanks guys! More

The sales person went through my glove box to find out how much I paid for my jeep. Very dishonest sales person. Said he was looking for the vin #, which is on the dash. Crooked people there. Great experience buying a used truck. I came in with my own financing and the team suggested that I try financing with them. When I turned down their financing, they didn't push or try to I came in with my own financing and the team suggested that I try financing with them. When I turned down their financing, they didn't push or try to sway my decision. The process went smoothly after we settled on a price and money was wired over. This dealer has some really nice used vehicles onsite too. It's proximity to a fairly large retirement community probably has something to do with that. More
