Kobe is a very competent service advisor. He is very prompt when getting my estimate together for repairs. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted 2 days or 48 hours for diagnostics. I thought I was not going to hear anything for quite a while, but they got back to me next day with a solution for the concern I was having.
