Gave it a 1 start because I can’t give it a 0. Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their work failed, once for breaks, then for tire repair. The repaired tire failed and they blamed me for having fix-a-flat in it, after I disagreed they took me to confirm and there was no fix-a-flat in the tire. Continuously waiting my time and will never go back. Even when you drop your vehicle off they struggle to have it done, same experience for those I talked to in waiting room. Avoid if you don’t plan to waste your time. More

Since purchasing my car, I’ve been visiting the dealership about once a month for service. Each time, Jillian has consistently provided outstanding customer service. Great service! The only issue is you need to have coupons available to customer on your website at all times or have them at your service desks to be scanned. Email service is sketchy at times so Honda should have them at the counter for the sale rep. be able to scan them. I didn't have access to the coupons in my email and your website was down so I lost out on saving money; therefore I wasn't able to get everything done to my car that I planned on having done. More
