Took my car to get regular maintenance (tires rotated/oil change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got the tint installed I got the legal limit 35% so they should have been fine, but when they told me the tint was no good I was shocked. But they never told me what the actual percentage was, and they were not nice as to how they told me my cars tint was bad. I later took my car to a reputable dealer to get and state inspection to which they measured my tint and got 36% on all windows, 1% above the legal limit in the state of WV. And even washed my car. I currently work the night shift at my job so I wasn’t able unable to pick up my car, so I had to sent my mother to pick the car up. When she picked the car up she was yelled at and talked down to by the service manager. This is NOT ok behavior and frankly I don’t want to go back or send my mother to pick up my car anymore. More

Gave it a 1 start because I can’t give it a 0. Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their work failed, once for breaks, then for tire repair. The repaired tire failed and they blamed me for having fix-a-flat in it, after I disagreed they took me to confirm and there was no fix-a-flat in the tire. Continuously waiting my time and will never go back. Even when you drop your vehicle off they struggle to have it done, same experience for those I talked to in waiting room. Avoid if you don’t plan to waste your time. More
