This makes our second Honda that we have bought from Mountaineer Honda. We have never had a problem with them. Amanda Medina was very nice and helpful. She is a go getter. Everyone that I have met there is friendly. They’ve told me if I needed help with anything to let them know. I think there should be more promotions when buying a brand new vehicle. Like as long as you own your vehicle. Free oil changes or free tire rotations or free detailing. Just some ideas. Oil changes with free tire rotations. Thank you Mountaineer Honda! More

I went to another dealership to get my inspected and it was a bad experience. I have a Honda and they told me they couldn't help me. Mountaineer Honda was so good to me and helped me with everything that I was a bad experience. I have a Honda and they told me they couldn't help me. Not pleased. Spent close to $2,200 between work, paid rental and fees. Drove part way home after car was supposedly fixed and problem came back. We live over an hour away so now I have to take additional time off work to go back to get car repaired correctly. Not happy. More
