This makes our second Honda that we have bought from Mountaineer Honda. We have never had a problem with them. Amanda Medina was very nice and helpful. She is a go getter. Everyone that I have met there is friendly. They’ve told me if I needed help with anything to let them know. I think there should be more promotions when buying a brand new vehicle. Like as long as you own your vehicle. Free oil changes or free tire rotations or free detailing. Just some ideas. Oil changes with free tire rotations. Thank you Mountaineer Honda! More

I went to another dealership to get my inspected and it was a bad experience. I have a Honda and they told me they couldn't help me. Mountaineer Honda was so good to me and helped me with everything that I was a bad experience. I have a Honda and they told me they couldn't help me. Took my car to get regular maintenance (tires rotated/oil change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got the tint installed I got the legal limit 35% so they should have been fine, but when they told me the tint was no good I was shocked. But they never told me what the actual percentage was, and they were not nice as to how they told me my cars tint was bad. I later took my car to a reputable dealer to get and state inspection to which they measured my tint and got 36% on all windows, 1% above the legal limit in the state of WV. And even washed my car. I currently work the night shift at my job so I wasn’t able unable to pick up my car, so I had to sent my mother to pick the car up. When she picked the car up she was yelled at and talked down to by the service manager. This is NOT ok behavior and frankly I don’t want to go back or send my mother to pick up my car anymore. More
