I saw the car that I wanted online and set up an appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sale appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sales rep and she was great! She had all of the information about the car already pulled up on her computer, she got the keys and we went on a test drive. I bought the exact car that I saw online, and was very pleased about that. Not only was the customer service great in person, it was also great after the purchase. I received several calls over the next couple of days, asking if I had any questions, if I was satisfied with the sales rep and if I was satisfied with the purchase! Stopped in without an appointment because my tire light was on they fixed it temporarily until my appointment on Tuesday because I could not wait.
