Aside from no-hassle pricing (below Truecars best price) our sales person (Jim Hanahan) walked us through the purchase, trade in and orientation to all of the technology in the CR-V Touring model with unlimited patience and attention. The entire experience was so positive that I'm thinking of trading in one of our other Hondas. More

He was a straight shooter and saved us a lot of time. He was meticulous about going over every detail of the two vehicles I was deciding between. I felt no pressure to buy the more expensive vehicle. The gal in finance was also extremely pleasant and I cannot get over how clean Valley Honda is. I am a bit OCD and I have never been in a cleaner bathroom. It will be a pleasure to return to Valley Honda for all our car purchasing needs. We have already been telling our friends! More

" Are you being helped", on a busy Saturday. My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious in helping us look at vehicles, discussing our options and answering our questions. He showed us the service center and arranged for my husband to talk with a mechanic (Tony), about his concerns about the cvt. He even stayed well beyond closing time to help with our needs. Jim was very polite and did not pressure us into buying. One week later, Jim found our new 2016 Accord. He was very detailed oriented when showing us the features on new the car. He followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was going well. Would like to say "thanks Jim". If you need a salesman, ask for Jim Hanahan. More
