Always a pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Flemington BMW. Have been a customer for over 20 years and even though we are now out-of-state we came back once again for our new vehicle purchase. Flemington BMW. Tom Terrill is fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just one, but two test drives, sharing helpful insights about the car’s specifications along the way. The Flemington dealership is a bit of drive for us (and there's another BMW dealership in my town - just 10 minutes away!), but the extra time and effort is completely worth it. Everyone is so friendly and the service is top-notch! More

I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past 20 years and have used their service department for each. Both departments are excellent! Note that I have lived 60 miles from this dealership for t 20 years and have used their service department for each. Both departments are excellent! Note that I have lived 60 miles from this dealership for the past 12 years, with at least 3 other BMW dealerships much closer to me. But the Flemington dealer has earned my loyalty. Hreat service!
