Great buying experience We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with n We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with new safety features, particularly the technology package. Our expectation was to simply learn more and perhaps sit inside a Rav4 to see what the visibility was from the car. Jim Miller was the person who came to offer his help. He began answering questions and gave us an opportunity to sit inside a Rav4. Then he offered us the opportunity to drive one with the technology package. He made us feel comfortable all along and did not pressure us at any point. After driving the car, we realized it was what we were looking for. Jim then began talking with us about how we might envision a deal to purchase the car. We discussed a car to trade in and a amount of of money we would pay. At first his amounts and ours didn't quite fit, so he asked what we felt would be comfortable for us. He got the ok from the manager and we purchased the car. All along the way, we were made comfortable with the process. When we returned to finish the purchase, Jim spent considerable time with us showing us all the many features of our new car. We are very pleased with the entire experience at Maplewood Toyota and the car we have purchased. More

A dream come true! I have often thought how this all happened and it makes me feel like I was struck with lightening but I do know better. One of the best experiences I've had buying a new vehicle! I had done some research on-line and knew I wanted a new Toyota Sienna. It did not take me long to switch my mind which car I wanted. My son had met Jim and was impressed with him. He is a down to Earth, no nonsense guy. As a Harper/Collins national Author, one book almost 50 times reprinted, I meet thousands of people. You have a winner here in Jim. He knows cars and allows you confidence and needed knowledge to look for in a used car. Something we customers only do a few times a life time; purchase what is direly important to us. One thing I noticed which may be a custom, by your company. I hope so. My Honda had brand new oil. I wisely took it to see if it needed an oil change immediately. I am older, 78, and a bit slow, naturally. He made darn sure I understood my car before I happily left with it and carefully spelled out how, where, what to do about registering it back in my home state and how to transfer my old one to my daughter. I highly recommend Jim and your company. More
