I bought a Nissan from this company and purchased the extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don't work on Nissans. They refused to send it out and put for it. They also refused to reimburse me for the warranty they won't honor. I would NEVER shop here again. More

Liars, stole my money I am a Disabled American Veteran and a woman! I went to this dealer to look for a certain car. I wanted a Chevy Volt. But most dealers in the area di I am a Disabled American Veteran and a woman! I went to this dealer to look for a certain car. I wanted a Chevy Volt. But most dealers in the area didn't have one in stock. Well the predatory sales people who work in this dealership are all part of the sales environment in US Car dealerships. NEVER go into a dealership without a price in mind for your trade and your buy. I was only looking not wanting to buy. But did. And I kick myself every day for doing so. Why was I so taken? Long standing practices of dealerships. Lie cheat steal rob take all you can get. Woman whoever you have something they want get every penny you can get for it. But remember if you get a person you want as a regular customer give them a break. But women are easy targets (yes i was) they sold me this car telling me they were giving me the best deal. Lies. These people sold me a $35,000 dollar car for the sticker price telling me all the time they were giving me the best deal and taking everything they could off the sticker. I really think they wanted my first born. And then they had the nerve to steal my trade in. My car was worth 16,000 dollars USA money. they gave me 7,000 for it. So here is the way i see it. The Chevy Volt was worth 28,500 My trade was worth at least 15,000 that leaves 13,500 to finance. But no I had to finance much much more than that. And i am paying $ 585.00 a month because of their financing. So when you go into this dealership make sure they follow the rules and tell the truth which means you will have to make many trips back to the dealer just to buy the car. And I haven't even talked about service. What a joke. 4 hours to get someone to look at the car because of a problem with the tires and they said nothing wrong then 2 days later a blow out on the left front tire Why? I could go on for hours but my fight now is with GM for having a dealership like this one with the predatory sales people. Be Very careful especially if you are a woman. They lie and cheat and steal from you. More

Incompetent: Haven't paid off trade-in vehicle in 6+ weeks Have bought 6 cars at BF Kia over the years and this will be the last time BF gets my business. Traded in car for another used vehicle. In spite of me Have bought 6 cars at BF Kia over the years and this will be the last time BF gets my business. Traded in car for another used vehicle. In spite of me co-signing for daughter (with my 0 debt, 100K income and 800 credit score) AND a variety of calls and conversations with salesman ( Carl Jansen at Kia), Monique, Patty Moore, and the alleged GM at Chevy (Donald Montgomery) we still apparently do not have a finalized deal. Still paying on the car we turned over to BF on 2/24 and have not yet received any information from GM Financial who graciously gave us a 7.04% interest rate. Don't walk away from this dealership ... run and don't look back! More

Unprofessional thieves. UPDATED 1/15/2020 I had been having radio issues on my new Chevy Silverado, after some back and forth with this dealership I was finally given an apt for diagnosis. 230 I had been having radio issues on my new Chevy Silverado, after some back and forth with this dealership I was finally given an apt for diagnosis. 23000 miles on my truck but just out of warranty, I was told that the touchscreens on this and other Chevy models were malfunctioning and were being replaced left and right. $950 bucks later, I get my truck back and didn’t even make it out of the service area and my existing issue was still going on. So, now they stated they must have installed another bad touchscreen, however now they actually scanned it this time and they found I also needed a new radio module. They would order the parts and split the cost with me. It’s obvious I never needed the touchscreen replaced to begin with but their arrogance moved them to make a a diagnosis without checking first. So, it’s been 6 weeks now, no one ever called to tell me parts were in, I have called several times and left messages, no one responds. I am confident they didn’t know What was wrong to begin with, however they felt ok with charging! Absolutely unacceptable and I am absolutely stunned at the audacity this dealership has to treat customers this way and thinking it’s ok.Im obviously going to pursue this further, however thought I would leave this info out there for anyone thinking about going there, as I have read that I am not the only this has happened to.
