We were a little difficult with our Jeep and the accessories; Jim met with us on several occasions and went the extra mile to find the exact car we were looking to purchase. I went to the dealership on whim. Not really expecting much. Previous to this experience, every encounter I had with a dealership was awful. I walked in with very low expectations. I walked out with a changed view of the car buying experience. The salesman, Jim Pullara, was courteous, knowledgeable and effecient. I found Jason Ivy, the finance person, to be the same. They both said that the owner, John Gabriele, "went to bat" for me. The deal that I ended up with was $100 a month less than what I thought. With the kind service and hard work of these gentlemen Marina Dodge has earned me as a customer for Life!!

We were very comfortable while purchasing our new Dodge Caravan. Jim Pullara is very knowledgeable,helpful, and genuinely friendly. We wanted a certain color of van with the same options as a Gray one that they had on the lot. He found the color and it was on the lot here in Rochester in one day. Everyone at Marina Dodge made us feel welcome.
We are confident that when we go to them for any reason pertaining to my Dodge Caravan that it will be taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Louie Restivo. He is the a wonderful sales professional. He treats everyone like family. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Louie. Jason Ivy was the finance person & was very helpful. Louie had the flu on my delivery day & Jim Pullara actually did the delivery. He was very helpful & professional as well. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Gabriele Ford & Marina Dodge dealerships. It never a hassle buying from the Gabriele family. The Service & Darts Departments very well run as well. I would not hesitate at all sending someone to buy a car from the Marina dealerships.

Jim Pullara helped and did not push me to purchase the van. he was very helpful.

The finance department tore up three contracts until i got one i could sign.

I'm disappointed that the dealership could not put a trailer hitch on my van though i was reassured that it could be attached without voiding any warranty and the extended coverage:(

My husband purchased his Mitsubishi Outlander from Jim at Marina this year and encouraged me to look at their Jeeps. I test drove the Compass and made a deal with Jim in under two hours. The car was clean and in perfect condition when I picked it up; which was a far cry from my last experience at a dealer down the road! Jim's manner is relaxed and non-pressuring which made my decision to purchase a no-brainer. Great overall experience...would highly recommend to anyone looking for a low stress sales experience.
