They Make Purchasing a Vehicle a Pleasant Experience We have purchased many vehicles over the years -- and we always begin the search/purchase with dread. Until Liberty GMC and our recent purchase of a GMC Terrain, our experience has been comprised of lots of haggling, lots and lots of time (sometimes most of the day) and leaving the dealership with wonder about whether or not we got a decent deal or not. Liberty GMC cut through all of these past experiences -- they gave us a "bottom line" with an explanation of why it was what it was. We made a counter offer (that we felt was reasonable but not ridiculous. At first, they were hesitant, then our salesperson, Ryan Shippy excused himself and returned with an offer that was a few dollars less than ours because he discovered something that had not been calculated into the original price......THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO US BEFORE. Ryan was knowledgeable, extremely personable, and VERY HONEST. There was no pressure, only a pleasant experience. And Hobby, in finance, was efficient, personable and very, very nice. More
