Great sales staff (Ann Italia), great car (2018 Forester)! I was looking for a Forester with a manual transmission, and had to go 200 miles, from Connecticut to New Hampshire, to find it, and it was worth it. I was looking for a Forester with a manual transmission, and had to go 200 miles, from Connecticut to New Hampshire, to find it, and it was worth it. The car was advertised on line for $21,047, and I put a deposit down on it. the dealership got in touch with me and let me know that that price was with Subaru financing, and if I wanted 0% or my own financing, it would cost another thousand dollars. It was still worth it. Ann Italia was excellent as a sales person. It was Christmas Eve, and it all worked out. Jimmy pushed the paperwork through, I got an insurance binder, and drove it off the lot and home. The finance people tried to tack on lots of extras, but they have to do that. More

Depends on who you work with. For the most part, everyone has been wonderful in the service center. However, over the years I only worked with person twice. Everyone else has been amazing and solution oriented. More

Best Car Buying Process I called Exeter Subaru on a very rare STI. Kayland answered the phone and was very helpful. I was told the vehicle was in the show room, and she wou I called Exeter Subaru on a very rare STI. Kayland answered the phone and was very helpful. I was told the vehicle was in the show room, and she would let a sales person know I was on the way. When I arrived I spoke with Marissa, who was very polite and professional from start to finish. I also dealt with the manager Jim, who gave me an excellent price from the very start on the new car. Having two trades, It took a few days to figure out the trade numbers to make all the numbers work for me, That being said, Jim was more than reasonable throughout the process. When I decided to go through with the deal, Jim sent me the finance paperwork to complete at my house to limit time at the dealer, as I had my 2 small children with me. Dan was very good in the finance office and made every thing clear, quick and easy. It's nice to know there are still dealership's that listen to people and don't just push cars on them. I will be sending all of my friends and family to Exeter if they want a Subaru. Thanks Guys and Gals. ##091. More
