I was very happy with Jimmy and all the folks in the service center when I brought my truck in for an oil change - they were all great. However, I am disappointed with GM and Robert Brogden in not notif service center when I brought my truck in for an oil change - they were all great. However, I am disappointed with GM and Robert Brogden in not notifying potential buyers about issues with the sound system in the 2024/25 trucks. Apparently this is a common problem in 2024/25 trucks that is known to GM and Brogden but yet was not communicated to us when we were looking at 2025 GMC Sierras. The amplifier in those vehicles are no good yet they are not doing anything to fix it (i.e. replacing the amplifiers with ones that work, which is what they should be doing). I was disappointed that I was not notified of this issue when I was looking at new trucks and that they are unwilling to replace the amplifier. More

RB continues to provide top notch service for my 2023 Buick Enclave. The Buick App made it simple to schedule maintenance and the entire RB service team that assisted me were very friendly throughout th Buick Enclave.
