My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
I am 67 years old and in my lifetime I have bought and sold over 100 cars. I usually own three or four cars at a time and tend not to keep them for long periods, always trading in for newer ones. I have come across many shady, hard-sell, high pressure, and very time consuming dealerships and salespeople. Buying a new car is usually not a very pleasant experience. I started my search for a 2011 Camry SE via the Internet. I was provided with very relevant information and pricing buy an internet salesperson with the name Joann Showman. When I visited Palm Beach Toyota, I could not have been greeted by a more pleasant and warmer person then Joann. She answered every question I had, she met all of my requests, and she gladly presented all of my price offers to her superiors. We worked out a very good deal and I left a deposit. Another dealer I had been in touch with called me an offered to match it and even beat it by $400. Not only did Joann meet this deal, but she along with her superiors, presented me with a car and a price that no other dealer could ever match. I was thrilled and I purchased the vehicle. While it was being prepared they gave me a loaner car. My new car was delivered with all of the bells and whistles, full tank of gas, beautifully detailed, and had many little extras I hadn't expected. All through the process, Joann Showman was constantly in touch with me giving me the latest updates on my purchase. There was never an pressure. I felt like I had made a new friend for life. In all of my years of buying new and even used car, this is by far the best experience I ever had. In the future, all of my Toyota/Scion needs will be at Palm Beach Toyota/Scion. I hope that Joann Showman will be there to help with the sale.

Excellent in everyway. I was treated with respect. Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. The dealership worked with me regarding what I could afford. I never had such an excellent experience. Joanne Showman, who sold me my last vehicle went above and beyond to help me obtain a really good deal on a new vehicle.

There's a huge difference between having someone sell you a car and someone looking into your situation and helping you make the best decision, regardless of the interests of a car dealership. And that's exactly what we found through Joanne Showman at Palm Beach Toyota. My wife and I had the absolutely best experience ever and will definitely go back there. Joanne's ability to listen to what we wanted, helping us to balance what we wanted and what we could comfortably afford, and dedication to make it happen made us feel like we were purchasing a car from a loved relative. The way she treated us and our young kids is something I had never seen before in any of my many car purchasing experiences.
Their prices are very competitive but they do add a lot of value in the way they treat their customers. For as long as I'm living at driving distance to PB Toyota, I have no doubt I'll go back to this dealership next time I'm shopping for a car.

Joanne Showman and Micheal Green went above and beyond to get me into my new Corolla.
I was extremely nervous about get a new lease which was very stressful for me. They both assured me that my decision to buy my new Corolla would be the right decision and they were so right. I was very happy with my choice. There service was excellent and like I said there service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them both to any of my family or friends.

Someone told me they got swindled I did not.
I would recommend them if you did your research and knew what you could afford.
That is the whole point of the business if you know what you can afford the process is easier.

Joanne Showman and the entire Palm Beach Toyoya staff did an amazing job turning Ed Morse's lemons into lemonade. Joanna Showman too my bad experience with one dealer and turned it into the best car sales experience I ever had. She made me feel like a king, did what she promised and helped me get the car I wanted, for what I wanted to pay.

My experience with here completely changed my expectations of a car company. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and focused on me as the customer what a novel idea.

If you are buying or leasing a new car, look into Toyota, if you decide on a Toyota and live within an hour+ drive from Palm Beach Toyota go see Joanne you wont regret it.

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
We usually lease a car. We have decided to purchase. This dealer was our 5th stop and we wish we had gone there first! Joanne spoke with my husband on the phone first, when we went into the showroom (45 minutes from our home) she was true to her word. This has not been the case with the other 4 dealers we had already visited. All the other dealers had discussed figures and then the price would be way different at sales point. Joanne was very warm, helpful and got us the deal we wanted and fast. She also came in to complete the sale on her day off.
At the other dealers we felt lots of pressure to sign even though we were not happy with the price. At Bev Smith they sent a total of three people to push their sales pitch and then the finance guy was even worse - even though we had called twice to confirm an agreed price on a vehicle - they did not stay true to their word.
Joanne was amazing and everyone else that worked there -there did not seem a big push or pressure to buy unlike other dealers
We will return here when we need to buy and never return to our local Toyota dealer

This letter is long over due. Want to say we are “Toyota People”. We just purchased 2010 Toyota Camry LE. Making this our 6th Toyota, and our 5th Camry.

We don’t believe all the negative news that Toyota was getting recently. There is nothing wrong with Toyota .
We dealt with the above people in your dealership and was very pleased. On March 24,2010 we purchased our car from Barry and Joanne. Was extremely happy with them, they were very professional. Met with Rudy was very happy with the finance terms. Sheila gave us a loaner while our windows were tinted.. We intiallay brought our ‘03 Camry LE to be serviced. Chris introduced us to Barry. We drove out with a 2010 Camry Le.

Lots of thanks to Joann Showman and the wonderful people of Toyota. Joann was very helpful to me being a first time single buyer I was intimidated to go into a dealership but Joann knew what I needed and made me feel comforatable. Joann also worked with Bill in getting me a great deal that I could afford. Elkin also was very helpful when explaining different packages to add to my vehical coverage.
I will definitly recommend Joann and her team to anyone intrested in buying a car because I was certainly a satisfied customer. Thanks To All!
