Excellent Service, Juan! This is our second car from Hamer Toyota. Our first time, we were lucky to come across Juan Cebedo. He was super helpful, very polite and most importantly... we never felt pressure. This time around, we went straight to Juan. And once again he was awesome. He took care of us, from start to finish. Everything went well, except during the time we went to the back with Eric, in financing. He was a bit pushy on selling us extra coverage... we kept on telling him we were not interested but he kept on trying to sell. At one point, my husband got a bit annoyed. Thankfully, Eric finally got the point, and we were able to finalize the sell. Overall, a great experience. Once again, thank you Juan Cebedo! More
