Reno Reyes was a great help to us when we visited Hamer Toyota last Nov 5th 2011 . He is very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He is very professional and knows how to deal with customers. I would rate our overall experience with Hamer Toyota and Reno Reyes a 10 in a scale of 1-10, with 10 being excellent!

Of all the dealerships I've ever gone to and cars purchases...this was by far the best experience and price satisfaction I've ever come across.

Buying a car is so stressful as it is but with Marilou, Reno and Matt really taking care of me I left the Hamer with a Prius IV not feeling taken advantage of. They were not overly pushy and very easy to work with. My parents came with me and the way they treated them was so respectful, it made me appreciate their service more. I will recommend this dealership, and especially this team, for anyone I know who want to buy a Toyota.

Love this gang! They are fun and EASY to work with. Ernie is super smart and just fun to work with. He tells it like it is. Reno is just an awesome knowledgable really nice guy. Never any issues. Regarding buying a car, I have never had a more positive experience than with my purchase last Saturday with Hamer Toyota. The sales rep., Reno was informed, professional, courteous, friendly, and very honest. My son, who assisted me, was very much impressed as well. Eddie, in the business office, had been called in on his day off. Despite the fact he had just arrived, he was extremely welcoming and helpful, and again, knew exactly what he was doing and reviewed everything I needed to know, in a thorough manner and timely fashion. I appreciated the help of these employees, and the friendly demeanor of the entire Hamer staff.

My Review of Hamer Toyota Scion:
It was a pleasure working with Mr. Reyes on the purchase of my new Corolla. He exhibited extreme professionalism in outlining the purchase process as well as in desribing the functions and attributes of the desired vehicle. In addition, he ably answered all my questions and his urgings to completely examine all comparable models actually resulted in my choosing a body color that I find more to my taste than that originally desired. Suffice it to say, I would recommend his services to others and would not hesitate to call on him again.
