I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mr. Anchondo was more than willing to assist me as I examined and tested the 2010 Explorer that I subsequently purchased. Rather than the unpleasant encounter that I was expecting, I had an enjoyable interaction with Mr. Anchondo and commend him for his efforts on behalf of your company.
