Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure we left with the vehicle we wanted. Joe was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was transparent about price, scheduling the delivery of the car and everything in between. I've worked with many sales people at car dealerships (and walked away from most due to slimy tactics) and can say with 100% confidence that Joe was the best I have worked with! It would be nice to not have the finance person always try to slip in the added warranty to the cost when you think you are finalizing the deal. That was the worst part of the process, but until the dealership changes their practice that will always be there. THANK YOU JOE! More
