My retired friend leased a brand new Kona, so she would have a reliable vehicle. The motor was bad. She spoke with the manager, Joe, and the service department, Matt... They were very empathetic and kind, have a reliable vehicle. The motor was bad. She spoke with the manager, Joe, and the service department, Matt... They were very empathetic and kind, however, they were not empowered to assist her in getting a loaner vehicle. She depends on a part time job to get by and helps with her grandchildren. They felt badly, but said too bad ... So she is currently at their mercy, having to wait until they get the parts and fix the vehicle... Such a shame. More

Painless!!! I absolutely hate going to the dealers to purchase a car but the experience at Nashua Hyundai was incredible. My wife recently started to work as our I absolutely hate going to the dealers to purchase a car but the experience at Nashua Hyundai was incredible. My wife recently started to work as our kids have all grown up and are mostly on their own. Knowing that she may have not built up her credit we dreaded going to speak to the dealership but we decided to take a chance. Went in and spoke to Joe Dolan and he insured us he would be able to get something done. He gathered some basic information and went off. Within a few minutes he came back with David Ritter and everything was flawless from that point on. David took care of everything from start to finish. He picked the perfect car for my wife. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past but none compare to Nashua Hyundai and I have never dealt with a top notch salesman such as David Ritter. Thank you David for taking care of us!!! More
