Joe helped my mother in law find the car she wanted before I came in with her to purchase the vehicle. He was very helpful and low pressure. Joe treated me with the utmost respect. When I needed a couple of days to think about the purchase, he allowed me space and did not pressure me. My family and I arrived at Five Star to look at the new 2012 Ford Focus. Joe approached and introduced himself to us. We went over the car and found a hatchback which I was interested in. Turned out ano 2012 Ford Focus. Joe approached and introduced himself to us. We went over the car and found a hatchback which I was interested in. Turned out another family had already licked the door handle. :o) We looked at another Focus that is a sedan and is the one we ultimately brought home. Joe was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure we were comfortable while there as well as comfortable with our purchase. After playing with numbers we were able to come to an agreement on the sale. It was the first time I had ever been to Five Star. It was a great experience and I would do business there again. I love my 2012 Focus. GET ONE! More

My experience at Five Star Ford was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, especially my salesman Joe Ferrantelli. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions.. He found the exact car out in the lot that I was looking for. The exact color and everything. There were a few things in the car that I did't expect. such as the controls telling me how may miles i have to go before I fill the gas tank up again, that is a great feature. It is a great feature like all the others. I had been looking in the paper and on the internet at different makes and models. It was between the hyuandia eleantra and the ford fucus. As you can see i picked the ford focus. I like the style and the drive. And besides it has been rated a top quality car by the consumers guide. Also I use to have a ford mustang and i love the way it drove. My brother also drives a ford.I would recommend Five Star Ford to anyone and especially my salesman Joe Ferrantelli. When I buy a new car again I will certainly come back to Five Star Ford. More
