Dealing with RALLYE ACURA was truly a wonderful experience. Mark Ma, the Sales Consultant who contacted me after I e-mailed Rallye, is a lovely and extremely bright young man. Mark's knowledge of each and every car in your showroom is quite impressive, and he was able to answer every question I had. When I came to pick up my TRX (which was ready IMMEDIATELY), Mark gave me an extensive lesson on how to operate all of the "bells and whistles" it contained. Once again, Mark truly impressed me because he was so patiently kind while teaching me! Mark also made sure to let me know that I was free to call upon him at any time if I had any questions, or if I needed him to teach me anything more about my car. Suffice it to say that Mark truly has mastered his trade, and I am extremely fortunate that our paths have crossed. BRAVO to RALLYE ACURA for hiring such a fine young man!!!!! Another lovely young man is your Finance Manager, Joe Filardo. My experience with him was extremely pleasant as well. Joe followed-up with me to ask if I needed anything further from him. This was quite impressive. I was in a "Customer Service" related field my entire working life, and here again, BRAVO to RALLYE ACURA for hiring such well-qualified, knowledgeable and happy people!!! More

This is the 4th new TL we leased from Rallye Acura and with good reason. The sales experience is first rate and their service department has been excellent. Of course, the TL is a great car with very g with good reason. The sales experience is first rate and their service department has been excellent. I have been a Rallye client for over 35 years there is not a better dealership from the the top to the bottom .chris and joe were not only very professional but made the process very easy. Truth be told you were the second dealer I visited. The first treated me like t his was was first car I ever purchase. They used lies and deception to try and close me. When I came to Raylle I was in my first treated me like t his was was first car I ever purchase. They used lies and deception to try and close me. When I came to Raylle I was in my work clothes,not a great impression. I own a business in the village and didn't go home to change. (Pampered Pet Salon) Mr. Lai treated me like I was wearing a $3000 suit. He made no judgement , gave me his best deal and then bettered it. Empolyees like Mr.Lai are a true asset and should treasured. I was pleased with every aspect of the transaction including delivery . The car was clean and ready to drive away. Again Mr. Lai took his time to explain the many complex working of the electronic. I'm 63 years old and have been buying or leasing cars since I was 21. This will not be the last car I buy from Rallye. It was a pleasent experience thank you. Joe Alessandro More

This is my second lease with Ralleye. I found Chris Bello to be extremely patient with me and never tried to waste my time. The service department is extremely easy to deal with as well. My sales associate, Chris Bello, was a pleasure to work with. He made the sales process quite painless and we were both able to be very frank during our negotiations. Could I have gotten a little lower sal with. He made the sales process quite painless and we were both able to be very frank during our negotiations. Could I have gotten a little lower sales price elsewhere? Maybe, but you can't easily put a value on trust, courtesy, vehicle selection, knowledge & client experience. Those factors convinced me to make the deal with Rallye, knowing that I would be happy with everything once the transaction was made. Too, I was referred to Rallye and heard nothing but good things about this dealership over the last 5 years of that owner's experience with Rallye. Joe Filardo, the finance manager, was also very polite, knowledgeable and thorough, and he and Chris went the extra mile in making my transition getting out of my previous lease and dealing with my car insurance company as smooth and easy as possible. At delivery, Chris took the time to show me all the bells and whistles, set up the car to my liking and made sure my car was in tip-top shape before I took delivery of it. In addition, the dealership is kept in great condition and the waiting area and available refreshments made any waiting time bearable. Overall, I have no qualms about my experience at/with Rallye Acure and I expect the next several years of my relationship with them will bear that out. I can honestly say that I have not had a more favorable opinion of a dealership in the last couple of decades since I started buying vehicles. Rallye Acura is fantastic! More

My experience with Acura, this lease and my last, has been exceptional. The salespeople are friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, and fair. Rob Kenny was great to work with, as was Joe Filardo. Rallye Acura is what every dealership should be. We went in just browsing. No one was pushy and they gave us a great deal from the beginning and were still willing to work with us. Dick Wilson was very kind in just browsing. No one was pushy and they gave us a great deal from the beginning and were still willing to work with us. Dick Wilson was very kind to us. He wasn't pushy he went through every option to give us a rate we were comfortable with. Also i liked that he wasnt trying to rush us into making a deal and walking out with a car the same day. We also met with Joe Filardo and Jay Rosenthal. They were very nice and easy going. All the paper work and insurance was all done and ready for us when we got there to pick up the car. Everything was relaxed and wasn't annoying. Can't wait to go back and get another car. More

This is the third time I've leased an Acura from Rallye Acura. It may be unfair to Rallye to say this, but Acura produces an auto that sells itself. That said, the staff at Rallye makes the whole process smooth and pleasurable when it comes to acquiring the product. Everyone at the dealership places their customers first, from the sales staff to the service staff. Appointments are kept on time; estimates for service time and price are accurate; everyone is polite, without hovering over you. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Rallye Acura because its way of dealing with customers defines the meaning of "service." More
