warranty no good! We bought a used Tahoe here 7 weeks ago. We also purchased a $2100 warranty offered to us at signing provided by National Warranty Administration Netw We bought a used Tahoe here 7 weeks ago. We also purchased a $2100 warranty offered to us at signing provided by National Warranty Administration Network. The finance employee we dealt with (not listed here) said it was a good idea due to the mileage on the vehicle and that the Select Plus package would cover anything we would need. 7 weeks later my Tahoe starts blowing smoke and burning oil! I make an appointment with the service department and they decided to send it to the Chevy dealership for a diagnosis. Turns out it needs valve covers, gaskets and valve seals totalling over $1300. The warranty company says they will not cover it due to the mileage and Eddie Williams says there is absolutely nothing the Dealership can do for me. So here we are, stuck in a used car that is smoking like crazy and burning oil with a $1300 repair hanging over our heads. Joe Johnson (our salesman) was amazing and made the car buying experience enjoyable and I really love each this Tahoe, but it just doesn't seem right to be stuck with this burden 7 weeks after buying it. More

The salesperson was very helpful, knowledgable, understanding, and very polite. David worked with me for months in an attempt to locate the vehicle I was searching for. After we finally locked do understanding, and very polite. David worked with me for months in an attempt to locate the vehicle I was searching for. After we finally locked down all of the requirements, Joe found my car and had it delivered to the dealership fairly quickly.
