Enjoyable experience I have leased for over 20 years, the last 2 vehicles have been Chrysler Town and Country vans. Well my lease end was nearing, and I was leaning heavil I have leased for over 20 years, the last 2 vehicles have been Chrysler Town and Country vans. Well my lease end was nearing, and I was leaning heavily toward buying a used Toyota Sienna over leasing the new Pacifica due to cost, and decided to stop at my local Chrysler dealership to validate my decision. Christian Falcetti was knowledgeable and listened to me He didn’t use hard sale tactics, and created a very pleasant, calm atmosphere (something most of us don’t expect from a car dealership). He was able to put me in a new Pacifica for $2.00 less per month than I was paying for a 2 year old Town and Country (similarly equipped). I could not be happier. I look forward to dealing with Christian in the future, and strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a low stress, enjoyable car buying or leasing experience visit Christian at North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Joe Killliany in finance also made the paperwork fast and painless. More

Purchase of a pre owned vehicle I called one of the salesmen (Tony K) inquiring about a car that was in the lot. He had to physically search, and found it.
