Joe Micoletti and his team created a great first time Subaru buying experience. Never felt like we were being pressured, and while you are never sure you are getting the very best deal possible I felt that the deal offered was fair and at least met all my expectations. The actual purchase process went smoothly as did financing. Based on this experience we will be back for all our future service needs and are already contemplating the next purchase from them. We love our new Subee! More

Thanks to my son, I now am the happy owner of a Subaru! I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the gas mileage of the Honda and, honestly, I didn't know so he took my phone and searched for the top gas mileage SUV and Subaru came in first. We were a few miles from the dealership and so I decided to stop and check out the Subaru. I knew nothing about Subaru cars/suvs and as soon as we got there Joe Micoletti met me and began to educate me on the XV Crosstrek which I immediately loved. There was never any pressure with Joe, he just let the car sell itself. The next day I came back to purchase the car and because Joe was busy with another customer Kevin Gribble assisted me and I was astounded at his knowledge of the car and he further educated me and because he did I upgraded from the vehicle I was going to buy to one that had the "eyesight" feature. This is a great feature that will give me peace of mind as my kids are just reaching driving age and will be driving the Crosstrek too. Joe stayed involved in the transaction as well and when it was all done I drove off in a loaded, detailed Crosstrek with a complimentary dozen long stem red roses(which I gave my wife and she so loved them!). I've purchased my share of new vehicles but I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Tucson Subaru. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks to you all!! More

Stressless and fulfilling Joe Micoletti listened to me when I told him what kind of car I wanted and he found it on the very first go around. He accommodated me by picking up my old car, driving it to Subaru and getting its trade in value all before I got to Subaru to look at my Cayenne Red Altima. There was no pressure, only top customer service and Louis Ascencio did all of the paperwork and explained what I needed to know. I bought my previous cars from a broker so I could avoid going into a dealership alone. Subaru is NOT like other dealerships. Kudos to all involved with my purchase. I'm delighted. More

We found a great car within our price point, and was never pressured into getting something more expensive. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Joe and Tucson Subaru.
