Outstanding Experience Purchasing a Car from Tucson Subaru We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback with Joe Micoletti. It is by far the best experience we have ever had with a car purchase from a dealer. We were undecided about any car when we arrived, he showed us what they offer, and we never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. After we purchased the car, Joe took a great deal of time to show us how to use all the new features, a nice surprise since the sale was already closed. Traci was wonderful in finance, explaining everything thoroughly and offered several options. We have already recommended Joe to some friends. Thank you Tucson Subaru for employing such great people! Above and Beyond the Norm First, I'd like to say that Tucson Subaru provided the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The friendly staff, their demeanor, and their overall mission to take care of the customer speaks highly of this organization. I was never pushed or coerced into making a decision and I received all the answers to my questions. Back story: I was preparing for my military deployment and wanted to look at a few cars before I left with the thought of buying one upon my return. First I was shunned at the BMW dealership and I couldn't have been more of a waste of time in their opinion. The salesman didn't even give me his card. I found my way over to Tucson Subaru to look at the Impreza STi so I could find my back to the Subaru family. No STi in stock. It was that point, after hearing my situation, when the GM let me personally drive his Brand New Launch Edition STi, knowing I wasn't going to buy for upwards of a year. I was floored. Customer service means a lot in my book and I truly felt, not only appreciated, but valued as a customer. I told the GM I would be back, and I kept that promise because of the hospitality him and his staff provided. With all the help from John P., Joe M., and Traci, I would like to say Thank You and I truly appreciate the stand up people you really are. Good Experience I was working with one sales guy via email for almost a year. I really liked the low key approach. This is a large purchase and one for which you should spend time reviewing before spending that amount of money. Because of this, I finally made that step to go in and test drive a vehicle. When I went in, the salesperson I had been emailing was not available. So I had another one. He was very friendly and informational and we went on some test drives. When test driving a car--which is a big expense--I expect the car to have enough fuel in it to go as far as I need to go to test drive my future expense. The gas was on almost empty. That was disappointing. The finance guy was great -- best experience I have ever had with the finance department. Overall, a good experience compared to previous purchases at other dealers in the past 30 years. I started looking at Subaru's because my mechanic of many years recommended this vehicle. More

Painless and satisfying; ended up with what I wanted I knew that I wanted a Subaru going in, and found when I got there that Tucson Subaru had a great selection of outbacks. Joe Micoletti was extremely knowledgeable, not just about Subarus, but many other cars as well and was extremely easy to work with. John Petersavage, the sales manager, checked in with me to make sure all my needs had been met and to answer any other questions. No hard sell, and no disappointments. I would go here again. More

I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited If Subaru had a category for "National Salesman of the Year", Joe Micoletti would get my vote! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited Tucson Subaru because I wanted to see if the information in Consumer Reports about Subaru really rang true and I wanted to test drive several models that CR recommended (and not just Subarus). From the moment I met Joe, his friendliness and easy-going manner alleviated any concerns I had about getting pushed into making a deal. We went for several test drives in several different models and I told Joe that I was still going to visit other dealerships before I would make a decision. And even though I kept coming back to test drive under different conditions (sunny, rainy and night time), Joe was always friendly and answered every question I had. He kept assuring me that he would work with me until we found the right vehicle for me. His customer service skills are fabulous and his easy-going manner made this car buying experience exceptionally easy and fun! And after I read the manual, marking many pages where clarification was needed, Joe spent the time answering each question and concern I had. And should any issues appear on the horizon, I am quite confident that I will be able to visit with Joe and have those concerns addressed. I would recommend that anyone who wanted to buy a Subaru in Tucson look up Joe Micoletti and experience what fabulous customer service really looks like! And my thanks also to Terry, John and Louie for making me feel like a welcome guest. Every single employee I saw or spoke to was friendly and had a smile on his or her face.
