I did not have much time that day and told him I would be back in a few weeks to buy. he was extremely patient. The next time I stopped in he showed me another vehicle with a little longer wheel base and a little wider as well. He new I needed more storage area. I new I needed my wife to come down and sign the papers as well, so I rescheduled a different day when she could come down. One thing about Tucson Subaru is they do not wheel and deal. It made it sooooo easy. The price they quote is the price you pay. I did not have to worry about being screwed with lots of hidden costs other than the usual taxes and licensing. Joe spent a lot of time going over the instruments in the car and making sure I was comfortable with my new purchase. Thanks Joe More

He was open with us about all of our options while still helping us select the right vehicle for our family- worked his butt off on all of the paperwork & had it done and ready for us to sign within 24 hours. We absolutely love our new ride and will never buy a car from anyone else . Trent Nichols also helped out a great deal with paperwork and getting us all connected Louie Ascensio made the main finance signing a breeze as well.. I'd have to say the entire team is wonderful, warm & relaxed which really helps the person making a big purchase ! More

Great Place to Buy a Car! I visited Tucson Subaru without any idea of what I wanted and was really just looking. Joe Micoletti was very thorough in talking about the cars, showing me what was available and overall making it a good experience. I was very nervous as it had been 12 years since I had purchased a vehicle and he was great about explaining the details and answering my questions. There was no pressure and it was a warm environment. Louie in the Finance Office was very friendly and good about explaining the financing and getting through the paperwork. I left feeling I had a great car and a great deal. Since I left Joe has been in contact with me a couple times asking if I had any questions about the car or the process. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new (or used) car. More

Although I dreaded the sales process, Joe made it easy and I didn't feel pressured. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. Tim Hanson made the business portion of the deal seamless and quick. He has a great personality, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Jim Micoletti We had been looking for a "new" vehicle for almost a year and read reviews of various makes and models before starting our search for a vehicle which We had been looking for a "new" vehicle for almost a year and read reviews of various makes and models before starting our search for a vehicle which would suit our needs. After checking the local dealerships for an SUV, we saw one advertised on Tucson Subaru's website. After reading the detail and checking the Car Fax, we drove to town to look and test drive. My wife has back problems and the instant she sat in the driver's seat she found the support and comfort. After a long test drive in the 2013 Subaru Forester, we were sold on its power, comfort, smooth ride and features. Our salesman, Jim Micoletti, was patient and totally knowledgeable about Subaru and very hospitable. We closed the deal, paid, and drove it home.that afternoon. The more we drive it the happier we are with our choice. Tim Hanson was also helpful in pointing out optional packages, like a security system, and extended warrenty. Very kind and cheerful in dealing with us. It is a very low milage vehicle, under 4,000 miles and has a full warrenty, is clean and spotless, inside and out. The reason WORK is not rated, is because no service other than detailing was done. It was sparkling when we got in it. Thank you for a pleasant transaction. Call Joe if you are looking for a new or used Subaru. There is a great selection of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot. Jim has followed up twice with us since buying the SUV on Friday, to make sure we are satisfied and don't have any questions. Good follow up. More
