After dealing with some deceptive, unfair salesman and dealers in Central Florida, I was almost stunned by Internet Sales Manager Michael Schutt's honesty, promptness and professionalism. He is the model salesman that all salesman should follow. All the other departments were of the same character as Michael, from Sales Consultant -Joe Oliver, Finance Manager- John Joseph (JJ), all the way up to the GM Mickey Joy Although we are some distance away, we will return to VW of Naples for our next vw. However, for reason which we can't understand, Joe Oliver appeared and took over the presentation and convinced us that we didn't want to complete the transaction. In essence, he was a negative influence whose presence sublimated the positives that Erin had established. If I were the management, I would rethink the use of a closer particularly when one isn't needed. Erin did a great job; she didn't need Joe to come int and take over! More

Joe did this with the same concern, openness and desire to fit our needs with each vehicle. He demonstrated great patience toward us throughout the transaction. We were not the easiest of customers to serve as we came with a little financial baggage along with uncertainty in a vehicle. Being new to Florida we found Joe to be very casual and comfortable to deal with right from the start. We found a common ground to work in and connected easily. Besides Joe is Italian as both of us are, just one more aspect we connected on. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for either a VW or AUDI without reservation. He is a busy guy and my experience has been that working with busy people provides the best service delivery.
