Professional and accommodating purchase experience I recently purchased a new 2014 Passat Diesel from Joe Oliver at Naples VW. Joe did a great job of follow up in the year or so build up to my final de I recently purchased a new 2014 Passat Diesel from Joe Oliver at Naples VW. Joe did a great job of follow up in the year or so build up to my final decision to purchase. I made the decision to do so based on a couple of different things. First, I took my existing VW that I had purchased elsewhere in for service and met Nick DiNicola who honored a competing dealers service coupon and saved me some money in the process. Second, even though the Sales Manager of the VW dealership had an emergency and my sales consultant Joe was off the day I decided to buy, no one dropped the ball on me. Shortly after my initial phone call Micky from the Audi side of the dealership returned my call about my potential purchase and put together a very fair deal on the spot the first go around. Having called 2 other dealerships that same day including the one I bought 2 previous vehicles from, and have no calls returned until after 5 pm that day, I appreciated the fact Micky recognized I was ready to move forward. Finally Rex Manchester stepped in for Joe and spent a ton of time with me ultimately during the buying process and the delivery and I wasn't even his customer even to the point of giving away one of his appointments to another salesperson so I would be taken care of properly. They gave me great service and a fair deal. Thank you Naples VW More

I love my new 1.8T Volkswagon Beetle. Joe Oliver made the sales process pleasant. He is a hard working energetic salesman. I have been driving VW Beetles since college and they are the best. The folks at Naples VW are friendly and even those not involved with the sale introduced themselves--Robert Goldberg and Erin. I haven't been to service yet, but if those involved are anything like "George" it will be great. He moved from Naples and is no longer in service. I had many enjoyable years working with him, so that I was able to keep my 2001 VW until now. Selection is sometimes a problem at VW dealerships, but Naples will do everything they can to make it right. More

Even though I was early for my appointment, Joe Oliver was ready , and walked out of the dealer ship to greet me. He was professionally dressed and very friendly. Volkswagen of Naples has impressed me in one way or another every time I've visited over many years now. I work in a service-oriented business, so I think I may be a little jaded when it comes to judg another every time I've visited over many years now. I work in a service-oriented business, so I think I may be a little jaded when it comes to judging others' quality of service, however in this case I can honestly admit that I am consistently impressed by the engaging personalities and comprehensive skill-sets possessed by every one of the employees there. In particular, Joe Oliver and Ted Daly gave me the respect and courtesy one would expect buying a new car, except I was buying out the lease on a low mileage car -- in other words, they accepted my decisions, satisfied I was well-informed, and still treated me as someone worthy of their full attention. As I told them, I will be back without question. Highly recommended as a great place to buy great cars. More

We were treated so well and experienced no pressure at all from the highly competent and professional salesmen we worked with that day. To our surprise we found ourselves seriously interested in a Beetle convertible model. We weren't crazy about the color so Joe made a quick trip to the overflow lot and came back with exactly what we were looking for! Both he and Kyle made the actual sales transaction so easy and Kyle was especially helpful with making certain we understood everything, including the media/tech package, before we left with the vehicle. In fact, everyone we came in to contact with at the dealership displayed courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times. We look forward to a long term relationship! More

I was in for my 10,000 mile check up. The service people were very friendly and great service. While I was waiting for my car I talked to my salesman who is very nice too.
