Worst Toyota service in the area, avoid at all costs. Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue servic Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue service, My vehicle was held ransom by the service manager until I paid to fix, other option was an incomplete oil change that was at my expense also. No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. Worst experience from Toyota ever! More

My husband recently died, I wanted to trade in his car. Dave is very knowledgeable, showed me every detail of how the car and its buttons and this and that work, because I am 72 and have never bought a car without my husband. He even explained how the garage door would open if my son paired it up this way, and I was so happy when my son was able to do it last night! I would recommend to everyone who reads this, to go to Bredemann's Toyota, a really good dealership, because they gave me a great deal and a good trade in. I would also recommend they go and work with Dave Lurie--I would not have bought this car if he hadn't been so good at his job. Bredemann's also has a great service department--ask for Joe Sanchez!
