Excellent customer service and best pricing. John was great! John Merringer gave excellent customer service and he is an invaluable asset to the dealership. Nino and Joe were very accommodating. nightmare Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EXL-V6 from Martin Mainline Honda and after 40 years of car buying and 21 cars, the experience with this dealership and Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EXL-V6 from Martin Mainline Honda and after 40 years of car buying and 21 cars, the experience with this dealership and its imployees has proven the be nothing short of a horror story. The personel were rude, arrogant and not in the least bit professional. After several trips back to the dealership to try to get them to repair the many defects in the car, we were basically told that you bought it, and now it is your problem. We paid $23,000.00 cash and assumed they would at least detail the car prior to delivery. The worst car buying experience that I have ever had. More
