I had one of the best positive experiences purchasing a brand new car from Elk Grove Subaru. The staff was very customer oriented. I never heard a word "NO" from any of the staff. I heard them say: "we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase" I got a great price, below market value. Sales manager personally thanked me for buying a car from them. Finance Manager even worked the numbers to lower my monthly payments. I highly recommend Elk Grove Subaru for everybody who wants to make a great purchase and have a great experience doing it. More

My experience with Elk Grove Subaru was just awesome. The sales person (Joe Trejo) showed me in the first 30mins more about the Forester than 3 visits with other dealerships. He answered and explain all my questions, made me feel very comfortable. Wasn't pushy or in a rush. Dave De Leon (Finance Manager) was awesome too. He explained every step simply and understandably. Every question and concern I had he had answers or advice. They both made efforts to get me in the right vehicle. Very happy with my decision and my new car! More

My husband and I recently purchased a Forrester from EG Subaru. Joe and Brennan assisted us in selection. Brennan helped on Sunday and also knew the product and had a customer service attitude. He is adventurous and is interesting to talk to There is no comparison to other dealers we visited. Jeremy in the finance office was also helpful. While the task of filling out all the papers is trying, Jeremy made it tolerable explaining each document in lay terms and adding conversation in between. Thank you.. More
