Service dept is very polite and extremely helpful in arranging mobile service to my home, Kamen was prompt polite and knowledgeable explained service performed. Used the valet service. They picked up my truck at 7:00 am, did the works oil change, etc., front end brake job, and brought it back to me mid-afternoon. Sure beats sittin They picked up my truck at 7:00 am, did the works oil change, etc., front end brake job, and brought it back to me mid-afternoon. Sure beats sitting in the waiting room, or having someone drive there to pick me up, then drive me back again when it’s ready. My only complaint is that they use an automated text messaging system that notifies you two hours before the pic up time. That means I got a text at 5:00 am!!! Otherwise, highly recommend. More

We are very pleased with our recent service experience which was an engine control module software "tweak" performed by a mobile technician who came to our house to close an open recall notice. I cannot which was an engine control module software "tweak" performed by a mobile technician who came to our house to close an open recall notice. I cannot recall the mobile technician's name, but he arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue. 5 starts to all involved and to the dealership overall. More
