They took the time to explain the work being done on my vehicle, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time. What stood out most was their honesty and communication. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and the staff made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with a team that values transparency and treats customers with respect. If you're looking for a Ford dealership with a knowledgeable, dependable service department, I highly recommend Leif Johnson Ford of Manor. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and service needs. More

I don't know who the driver was or what drivers that left Johnson uses to bring people their cars, but a driver stole our car and didn't deliver it for 3 hours. And for that reason, I am not happy am I happy Johnson uses to bring people their cars, but a driver stole our car and didn't deliver it for 3 hours. And for that reason, I am not happy am I happy with the customer service from the team to a certain degree, yes, but the resolve. We do not have it resolved. More
