My experience started with a phone call with Joe Ward Sr., a sales consultant at Napleton. The courteous service, knowledge and professionalism from Joe was above and beyond my expectation. Joe spent a few hours with my daughter and I to understand our needs for a new vehicle and our financial boundaries. Joe was very detailed with our options and what would suit our needs. Once we selected a vehicle, Joe Sr. as well as his son Joe Ward Jr. assisted my daughter in the choices she had to pick from with various options.
