Everyone there treated me wonderfully, especially my awesome sales consultant, Mr. Ahmed Heba, and his colleagues, managers Eric Sebar and Joe Zuccari. They not only gave me a fabulous deal on my Acura, But were true gentlemen from the time I first walked into the dealership until the moment I drove the car away, answering all my questions and making sure I felt completely comfortable with not only the transaction, but all the car’s features. Very grateful to Ahmed and his team for a wonderful experience, and highly recommend this dealership and Ahmed to anyone thinking about getting a new Acura. More

Superb Service!!!! I just bought my 2nd Acura from Precision. They are superstars and have always treated me and my family with superb customer service. Thank you to Alex, Rodrigo, Mitchell & Joe and my superhero Rodney in service. After I bought my truck, utilizing the remote start I mistakenly locked my son in the vehicle who is autistic and non-verbal. It was early in the morning, cold and pouring down raining. I called the dealership, Rodney was like a guardian angel on the other line. I was frantic! Within 30 mins he had a spare key made and at my home to open the truck. I am not certain who the service attendant was but he immediately got in the truck to check on my son and make him feel better about a very frightening situation. This team is stellar!!!! I can't thank you enough for being so amazing!!! More

Great Car Purchase Experience! I am beyond thankful to meet Gais! He was very friendly and helpful the minute we walked in. Funny because my husband and I originally came to purchas I am beyond thankful to meet Gais! He was very friendly and helpful the minute we walked in. Funny because my husband and I originally came to purchase an SUV for him BUT I ended up getting a car for myself as well. Gais was very knowledgeable and showed us a few more vehicles in stock just to give us more options. He was very patient and willing to help in any possible way he can. I met with the rest of the team (who worked hard as well, to give us a deal) and they were very helpful also! Gais explained all the features in my new car and help me download and linked everything so that it’s ready for use. He even helped me move all my stuff from the old car, which was really nice since I have 2 CAR SEATS LOL. I am glad to be a part of the Precision Acura family! Yayyy I got my 2019 TLX! Lease turn in and new lease I went to look for a good deal since my Current lease was up. I worked with DJ, he helped me with my original lease 3 years ago. He is the by far the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. He takes time to answer questions thoroughly, possesses deep knowledge about many different vehicles, not just Acura, and is very respectful. Outstanding service all around. Joe Zuccari was also very pleasant to work with. He worked quickly through the finance/approval process. Very detail focused, professional, and courteous. More
