Friendly and efficient service at this Toyota. I learned that my next service will cost me $800. I paid thousands of dollars for maintenance package. This should cover basics like brake fluid, transmission fluid changes. Very disappointed. Joel Kitchen is a great service adviser, he is why I keep coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Paid y coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Paid you $8,000 for a replacement engine. Now have an oil leak. The steering wheel now points to 9:30. Did the service tech notice and give back to me anyway? Pretty sure that’s a yes. Bringing it back next week. I’m a loyal customer starting to have serious doubts. More

The entire team was helpful and responsive. I loved the inspection report they sent. As a honest mechanic, I like to see what they’re talking about so the video is nice.
