My experience with Joey was very good, he was very friendly put me in a car that I wanted and got the car payment exactly where I needed it be he was very professional and friendly my overall experien friendly put me in a car that I wanted and got the car payment exactly where I needed it be he was very professional and friendly my overall experience was fantastic I did not expect to even get approved and joey worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted and drove off the lot the same day I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. At 22, this was my first purchase of my own car. So when i went into Harry Robinson, I was of course nervous. After meeting with Joey & giving him a little bit of info as to what I wanted to do, he began to i went into Harry Robinson, I was of course nervous. After meeting with Joey & giving him a little bit of info as to what I wanted to do, he began to point me in all the right directions. I am expecting my first baby so i was in need of a "mommy car". The first car Joey pointed out to me was the one I actually bought that day. Even after all my crazy excuses of why i shouldn't buy the car, Joey was very patient & helped me decide I was indeed making the right decision. I would recommend Joey to any & all of my friends\family who are looking for a vehicle. He was VERY personable with me & never once made me feel pressured, like most car salesman do. If i ever decide to get a different car, I WILL be going back to Mr. Joey! The only complaint I have is that about 2 1/2 weeks after getting the car, I had to take it to the dealership because the drivers side window only rolled down about 2 in. I hadn't notice this issue any sooner because it was very cold weather when I purchased the car. When I tested the windows the first time i sat in the car, the fact that it went down 2in was (I thought) a good sign that the windows all worked. When I took the car into the dealership to have it fixed, the gentleman who helped me was very rude & informed me that I would have to pay for the expenses of the broken window OUT OF POCKET because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was very upset. This car had been SOLD TO ME with a broken window & I was being told I had to pay for it. Doesn't seem right according to everyone I've spoken with. Considering the cost was WAY out of my budget, I couldn't afford to have them fix it. I have since then had to buy the part it needed at a parts store & pay a personal friend to fix it. I was still out of pocket on something that I should never have had to pay & that was & still is very upsetting to me. More

My salesman,Mr. Thomas, worked professionally and continuously until he found me a vehicle to replace the previous vehicle. I purchased the new vehicle on Feb 28 and would recommend this dealership and furthermore this salesman, Joey Thomas, when looking for a new vehicle. More
